New Patient Registrationregister_now

Please call into reception and complete the relevant registration form. The practice operates within parts of NG7 and NG1 and the receptionist will check that you live within the practice boundary.

If you are a student at Nottingham Trent University you are welcome to register with us at our Clifton Campus site surgery. Please call 0115 848 3100 for joining advice.

When you register you may state your preferred GP but appointments with that GP may depend upon availability.

As part of the joining process you will be invited to attend the surgery for a new patient check. At this appointment you will meet the nurse who will take your medical history and talk to you about any health concerns you may have. Your blood pressure will be checked too. It is also an opportunity to update any medicines you may be having on a regular basis.
